{"id":1715,"date":"2025-03-17T12:26:02","date_gmt":"2025-03-17T15:26:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cooltv.cl\/?p=1715"},"modified":"2025-03-17T12:26:02","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T15:26:02","slug":"conaf-los-rios-abre-calendario-de-quemas-agricolas-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooltv.cl\/?p=1715","title":{"rendered":"CONAF Los R\u00edos abre calendario de quemas agr\u00edcolas 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>La Corporaci\u00f3n Nacional Forestal dar\u00e1 inicio al calendario de avisos de quemas agr\u00edcolas de este a\u00f1o, autorizando el uso del fuego para eliminar vegetaci\u00f3n, residuos agr\u00edcolas y\/o forestales en toda la regi\u00f3n de Los R\u00edos, desde el lunes 17 de marzo hasta el 30 de noviembre, exceptuando la comuna de Valdivia, que por el Plan de Descontaminaci\u00f3n Atmosf\u00e9rica (PDA), entre los meses de mayo a septiembre, nuevamente se proh\u00edben dichas quemas.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir del lunes 17 de marzo del presente a\u00f1o se inicia el per\u00edodo para inscripci\u00f3n de avisos de quemas agr\u00edcolas y\/o forestales en nuestra regi\u00f3n, que el a\u00f1o 2024 llegaron a un total de 1.158 avisos involucrando una superficie tratada de 4 mil 474 hect\u00e1reas. Este tr\u00e1mite no tiene costo y para ello debe acudir a una oficina receptora de avisos de quema o en la modalidad que CONAF disponga para la atenci\u00f3n de este tr\u00e1mite. As\u00ed que a coordinar acciones conjuntas con CONAF y a prevenir, que todav\u00eda estamos en temporada cr\u00edtica en la regi\u00f3n\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3 S\u00e1nchez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otra forma de solicitar los avisos, es a trav\u00e9s del correo: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:prevencion.losrios@conaf.cl\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prevencion.losrios@conaf.cl<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> adjuntando los siguientes documentos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Rol del predio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Nombre y ubicaci\u00f3n del predio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Cedula de identidad del propietario\/a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Escritura de la propiedad (Rol) o Certificado de dominio vigente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la solicitud la realiza el representante legal, adem\u00e1s debe presentar la Escritura que acredite la calidad del representante legal. Por otro lado, si es arrendatario, debe presentar su cedula de identidad y contrato de arriendo. Las consideraciones para obtener un aviso de quema son:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poder simple, si terceras personas realizan la quema.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cantidad de combustible (vegetaci\u00f3n) a quemar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fotocopia de carnet por ambos lados de los terceros.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cantidad de personas que estar\u00e1n en el momento de la quema.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si existe acceso vehicular.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tipos de cortafuego hechos\/existentes para la quema (caminos, r\u00edos, otros).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disponibilidad de agua (baldes, r\u00edos, mangueras, otros).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proximidad a plantaciones forestales o bosques.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El plazo para efectuar la quema ser\u00e1 de 30 d\u00edas seguidos, desde el d\u00eda siguiente de la obtenci\u00f3n del aviso, para todas las comunas de la regi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se\u00f1alar adem\u00e1s, que CONAF puso a disposici\u00f3n de Carabineros de Chile la plataforma inform\u00e1tica SAQ-modulo Carabineros, para informar en l\u00ednea sobre el registro y ejecuci\u00f3n de una quema controlada y as\u00ed cumplir con lo mandatado por el Decreto 276\/1980.
